We are located in The Legal Building: 35 North Gaston Street, Brevard, North Carolina.
The Legal Building is a red brick building facing North Gaston Street, and backing up to the
Transylvania County Courthouse parking lot.
Ralph H. Ramsey, Jr., started practicing law in Brevard in 1927. He hired Cecil J. Hill, Jr.in 1941 and the two later formed a law partnership. Ramsey and Hill hired John K. Smart, Jr. and Gayle E. Ramsey during the 1960's. Michael K. Pratt joined the firm in 1981.
